Stepful is excited to announce a partnership with the Department of Defense to provide members of the Army and Air Force with free healthcare training through their credentialing assistance (CA) programs: Army CA Program and Air Force CA Program.
Through these programs, eligible active-duty, National Guard, and Reservice service members of the Air Force and Army can receive up to $4,500 (Air Force) or $4,000 (Army) to pay for certifications that can advance their military careers and prepare them to transition to civilian employment.
Stepful’s Medical Assistant Program prepares students to take the NHA’s CCMA exam in just 4 months and helps them find work as Certified Clinical Medical Assistants. Medical assistants help with both clinical and administrative tasks in hospitals, doctor’s offices, and other healthcare institutions.
Stepful’s Pharmacy Technician Program prepares students to take the NHA’s ExCPT exam in just four months. Pharmacy technicians work at pharmacies' front counters and behind the scenes at hospitals, helping people get the medicines they need.
Both programs include support in finding in-person externships to give you real-world experience after you finish your classes. We also offer career coaching to help you craft your resume, prepare for interviews, and find a job.
We’re committed to helping military members learn the skills they need to start healthcare careers through convenient, flexible courses that fit their schedules.
We thank all of the hard-working military members for the sacrifices they make to keep our country safe and hope our partnership with the Department of Defense can create new opportunities to support them.
