What is the refund policy?

A student who cancels before the first week of class receives all monies paid with the exception of the $59 non-refundable registration fee. Thereafter, the student who cancels receives a prorated refund.

What tuition payment options are available?

Students have the options to pay upfront, in installments or with a loan. Stepful is partnered with Climb Credit, a student lending company whose mission is to finance only high-quality education. What medical assistant certifications do you prepare me for?

Our classes prepare you to test for your National Healthcareer Association’s medical assistant certification online or in person.

Is the program online or in-person?

The medical assistant program is 100% online. The medical assistant program is followed by an optional in-person unpaid internship. Stepful has partnerships with clinics across the nation and will do its best to find a clinic in a convenient location for the student. The phlebotomy and EKG training programs have one week in-person clinical in Manhattan, New York.

Do you help graduates find a job?

Yes! We help graduates who successfully complete our program and pass the National HealthCareer certification exam find healthcare jobs in their local communities.

How does your job guarantee work?

Accepted Answer

Your coach will work with you to help you find a healthcare job after you obtain your national certification. You get a full tuition refund (minus $59 registration fee) if you don’t get a job offer within 6 months of obtaining your national certification. The Medical Assistant program is the only program to have a job guarantee.
